About CCTS

Central California Tax Services is owned and operated by registered tax preparer, Jennifer Sorenson, centrally located in Exeter, California.  CCTS first came online in November 2019 and began offering services to the general public for the 2020 tax season.


CCTS is registered with California Tax Education Council (CTEC) which ensures all education requirements are met, in addition to the annual continuing education requirements for Federal Tax Law and California State Income Tax Preparation.  CCTS is a licensed business and bonded with Surety1 per CTEC requirements.

Get to know your Tax Preparer

Jennifer Sorenson is a professional business owner with over 20 years experience in the field of finance.  She is the owner of a full scale medical billing business, providing services for numerous doctors across the Central Coast and Central Valley.  Jennifer's medical billing business, Priority Claims Processing was established in 2004 and still very active today.  Jennifer is no stranger when it comes to operating a successful business where the utmost importance is confidentiality and security of client data.  You can rest easy knowing your financial details remain confidential, in the hands of a professional. 

Going back a little further


After graduating high school in June of 1994 Jennifer attended Santa Barbara Business College majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis on accounting. Upon completion at SBBC Jennifer began her professional career as an Administrative Assistant to the President and 4 VP's of a fast growing company.  When the opportunity presented itself, Jennifer advanced to an Asset Administrator, in the field of accounting, at Kinko's Corp, a large corporation located in Ventura, CA. 

On a personal note


Jennifer's free time is spent raising 2 busy boys, active in sports, FFA & 4H. Jennifer and her family enjoy spending summers on the lakes of Paso Robles and winters in the snows of the Sequoia's.
