Why choose CCTS,
Not a retail tax chain?
Retail Tax Chains have higher costs for services to offset their excessive marketing expenses. These Tax Chains hire temporary, seasonal employees at a low hourly rate and tax prep is a part time, secondary source of income for most. Retail tax chains have high employee turn over, providing no guarantee you will have the same tax preparer viewing your personal data year after year. Sure, at a Tax Chain the employee signing your tax return will be registered to submit tax forms; however, you can not guarantee the person who actually prepared your tax documents is a qualified CTEC Registered Preparer. Retail tax chains have a high cost of doing business and within a corporation the bottom line is what's most important. With hourly employees, they have a need to get customers in & out as quickly as possible. The more tax returns they can process within the hour, the more that retail tax company will make. With retail tax chains you are just a number on their bottom line.
